FAQ

  • Do you allow Pets?

We are pet-friendly on our seasonal sites, along with most of our lodging options. Pets are permitted at the Resort to a maximum of 2 Pets per site. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Guests are responsible for the friendly behavior of their pets. Please be respectful and collect in a sealed bag and dispose of pet droppings in your garbage bin. Pets are not permitted inside community buildings, or recreational areas.

  • Do you have any Year-Round Resorts?

We have extended-seasonal resorts with 11-month occupancy, most of which have year-round access. We do run recreational properties and are not residential. Thus, we do not have properties that have any land lease options, but rather license of occupations.

All of our resorts are seasonal, whether that be our 6-month, 9-month or 11-month season. As per our Terms & Conditions, occupants must have an alternative permanent address and are unable to use the resort address as their primary address. Guests must vacate the property for specific time period per calendar year.
